My gift is holding space at life’s thresholds, the moments when old stories give way to new ones. As a trauma-informed meditation guide and MSW candidate at Columbia University in the psychedelic-assisted therapy program, I offer support for those navigating transformation.
Whether you're metabolizing rage into creative power, reclaiming your voice, or integrating non-ordinary states of consciousness, I work with art, somatics, and contemplative practice to help you remember what your body already knows. This medicine is for artists, women, weirdos, and those ready to break the cycles of generational harm.
All sessions are virtual and trauma-informed.
