Tara Tonini is a Chinese Herbalist and Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in women’s health. She works in community as a guide in breath, movement and medicine, blending new and ancient solutions for heart centered living. She approaches her work with a trauma-informed lens.

Chanel is committed to improving infant and maternal health. This commitment led her to create Ancient Song, a global birth justice organization dedicated to eradicating maternal and infant mortality and morbidity among Black and Latinx communities.
