"If you’re wondering whether or not to do a photoshoot with Gwen, here’s your answer: DUH. Time with Gwen is more than a photoshoot- it is a ceremony 1. calling in who you want to be and 2. letting go of all that you are no longer. More concretely: I was at ease the moment I walked into her studio. Gwen’s presence was warm, grounding, and freeing. 

I knew I didn’t have to be a certain way or strive for anything. I felt curious and playful. Her prep prompts— as well as the suggestion to make a playlist— were extremely helpful for me to get clear on why the heck I’m doing this photoshoot/what the heck I’m doing on this planet. Prior, I had almost brought my own incense, but then just had a feeling Gwen would provide. Of course, within three minutes she was offering a selection of what to burn. We pulled tarot, set intention, laughed, and got down to business. She worked with ease, joy, play and EFFICIENCY. 

After an hour, we had three looks, 50+ DOPE shots, and more clarity to bring with me into our lives. She captures your truth, helps you embrace it with gentleness, and celebrate it with integrity. I have always been insecure about certain parts of my body, such as my belly, and Gwen got me to the point of giving it genuine love in front of a camera lens. Now I have documentation of such love. I cherish these photos and would work with Gwen again in a heartbeat! I’d be lucky to have another studio sesh. Gwen is a goddess who sees goddess.
